If your villa has a wood-fired oven – or even if it doesn't – a pizza night is the most relaxed evening you can plan. A pizzaiolo arrives with the dough already rising, fresh toppings and everything needed for the oven.
The pizzas come out one after another, hot from the fire, for the whole group. Children can shape their own, adults can stay by the oven with a beer or a glass of wine, and nobody has to cook or wash up.
